Learn How We Work

Who We're Best Fit For

We work with individuals and families who are:

  • Not seeing meaningful progress in prior therapy
  • Struggling with eating disorders, OCD, or anxiety that require structured, specialized care
  • Navigating complex or co-occurring conditions (e.g., OCD and eating disorders)
  • Highly motivated for change, but feeling stuck
  • Parents seeking clear, direct guidance on how to help their child recover

If you’re looking for a clear plan, not just someone to talk to, you’re in the right place!

Therapy is a balance of art and science.

A Higher Standard of Care

We provide specialized treatment grounded in the most effective, research-supported approaches available.

  • Our clinicians have experience treating patients across the full continuum of care, from outpatient therapy to more intensive settings, allowing us to effectively work with both straightforward and complex presentations.
  • This is not open-ended supportive therapy. Treatment is active, structured, and focused on meaningful change.
  • We collaborate closely with families, physicians, and dietitians to ensure coordinated, effective care.
  • We also offer specialized parent coaching for eating disorders grounded in Family-Based Treatment (FBT), helping families to navigate meals, resistance, and recovery at home between sessions.

Get Started

A Clear, Structured Approach to Treatment

We take a formulation-driven approach, identifying the specific factors maintaining each individual’s symptoms and targeting them directly.

Treatment may include:

  • CBT-E, FBT, or CBT-AR for eating disorders
  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and SPACE for OCD and anxiety
  • Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD
  • DBT, RO DBT, Schema Therapy, and CBASP when emotion dysregulation, overcontrol, persistent depression, or longstanding patterns are contributing factors
  • Parent Management Training (PMT) for behavioral challenges and parent-based interventions

Without directly targeting these maintaining processes, symptoms often persist, even when insight is high.

Our goal is to provide each patient with a clear, structured path forward.

Outpatient & Intensive Treatment Options

We offer both standard outpatient therapy and higher-intensity treatment options, including in-home and high-frequency care.

Our intensives are designed to:

  • Create rapid momentum when progress has stalled
  • Provide a higher “dose” of evidence-based treatment
  • Support individuals and families navigating more severe symptoms

Rather than waiting to begin treatment, we use an accelerated intake, an extended first session that moves beyond assessment to immediately begin psychoeducation and establish a clear, structured plan.

This allows us to match the level of care to each individual’s needs, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

For some, weekly therapy is appropriate.

For others, a more immersive approach is what creates meaningful change.
