Not all therapy is the same. When treatment hasn’t worked, structured, targeted care creates real change.
We work with individuals and families who are:

Longstanding Emotional and Behavioral Patterns
Many of the individuals and families we work with are navigating complex or co-occurring conditions, including OCD and eating disorders, perfectionism, and longstanding patterns that have not responded to prior treatment.
We provide specialized treatment grounded in the most effective, research-supported approaches available.
We take a formulation-driven approach, identifying the specific factors maintaining each individual’s symptoms and targeting them directly.
Treatment may include:
Without directly targeting these maintaining processes, symptoms often persist, even when insight is high.
Our goal is to provide each patient with a clear, structured path forward.
We offer both standard outpatient therapy and higher-intensity treatment options, including in-home and high-frequency care.
Our intensives are designed to:
Rather than waiting to begin treatment, we use an accelerated intake, an extended first session that moves beyond assessment to immediately begin psychoeducation and establish a clear, structured plan.
This allows us to match the level of care to each individual’s needs, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.
For some, weekly therapy is appropriate.
For others, a more immersive approach is what creates meaningful change.
We provide training, consultation, and outreach to clinicians, schools, medical providers, and families.
Our goal is to make practical, evidence-based strategies accessible, whether you’re treating a complex case, supporting a student, or navigating recovery as a family.
