Our Mission

At The Texas Institute for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (CBTTexas™), our mission is to provide our clients with the highest quality, research-supported treatments that the field has to offer. With a strict yet flexible adherence to the principles of evidence-based treatments, we aim to provide gold-standard psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children across a range of psychological disorders.

A brain puzzle that needs to find the missing piece.

Therapy Services

At CBTTexas™, our team of providers offer a truly individualized approach to therapy, rather than an overly-manualized,"cook book" approach to care. We provide high quality treatment that is collaborative in nature and is tailored to meet the unique needs and presenting concerns of our clients. We broadly specialize in cognitive and behavioral therapies (CBT) for the treatment of eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), women's health issues, and longstanding emotional and behavioral patterns.

Education & Consultation

At CBTTexas™, our team is passionate not only about helping our clients heal, but about equipping others to support them well. We provide education, consultation, and outreach to clinicians, schools, medical providers, educators, and families seeking to better understand and apply evidence-based treatment for anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and related concerns. Whether you're a therapist navigating a complex case, a school counselor facing student mental health challenges, or a parent group looking to understand anxiety or the hidden costs of dieting, our goal is the same: to make science-backed, practical strategies accessible to everyone who needs them.
