Our clinicians are deeply trained in gold-standard therapies and are committed to delivering care that is both scientifically grounded and deeply personalized. We typically work with individuals ages 8 and up, though younger children may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on clinical need and developmental readiness. As pediatric specialists, we often with children/teens and include their families every step of the way.

Most clients are seen on a weekly or twice weekly basis, though for those with severe OCD, anxiety, or eating disorders, we also offer intensive treatment options involving longer sessions, and/or multiple sessions per week to accelerate progress.

CBTTexas™ is a private pay practice and not contracted with any insurance providers. While we do not bill insurance directly, we are considered an out-of-network provider, and we’re happy to provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
